Lennox Impact Foundation Tool Program
Remember when you first started in HVAC? Did you come on your first day fully stocked with all the hand tools you needed? Likely the answer to those questions is no.
This is why the Impact Foundation started the New to Industry Tool Program. As a Lennox dealer you are eligible to get up to $300 per year in free tools. Premier dealers will be reimbursed $300 for tools; Non-premier dealers will be reimbursed $150 for tools. All tools must be purchased from a Lennox Store.
Dealers are responsible to pay for the tools and submit a reimbursement form to the Impact Foundation. Employees are expected to stay with the dealer for a minimum of a year to keep the tools, if not, dealer is responsible to collect tools and can give to another new hire to the industry.
