Scholarship Questionnaire

When applying for the scholarship you will need to follow and complete three simple steps (before the deadline of March 15 for spring conference and September 15th for fall conference). 

Step 1 is to complete the below application. 

Once that is completed you can complete Step 2, which is to have the Letter of Reference online form completed by the party you have selected for your reference. Here is a link to that form for them to fill out: Letter of Reference link.  

Step 3 is to have the Letter of Sponsorship filled out by the Lennox Dealer you have selected. Here is a link for the Lennox Dealer to fill out: Letter of Sponsorship.
