Making an Impact in Our Communities
The Impact Foundation was created to give back—to the communities we serve and the HVAC industry that connects us all.Through programs like Feel the Love, the Impact Foundation Scholarships, and the Tools Grant Program, we support individuals in need and invest in the future of the skilled trades.
Thanks to generous contributions from dealers, suppliers, and the Women in Lennox Leadership Committee (WILL), we’ve helped bring warmth and opportunity to countless lives.

Impact Foundation Scholarship Program
If you are interested in applying for a scholarship please follow and complete the three steps listed below (before the deadline of March 15 for spring conference and September 15th for fall conference).
- Step 1: Complete the scholarship application. Scholarship Application
- Step 2: Have a Letter of Reference submitted on your behalf by the participating party you have selected as your reference. The following link can be forwarded to that party: Letter of Reference
- Step 3: Choose a participating Dealer as your sponsor and have them complete the online form. The following link can be forwarded to your chosen dealer: Letter of Sponsorship
